Provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to senior leaders within the U.S. Compliance organization
Support CCO and team leaders in the execution of their work
Provide accurate, organized, and efficient administrative support; collect data, track data, research information, manage calendars, create files, and maintain files etc.
Organize business travel and accommodation for the CCO and leaders
Coordinate the preparation of comprehensive quarterly reports by pulling data from the automated GRC tool (Archer)
Monitor email and incoming action items throughout the day, filter and direct items to the appropriate areas as required
Schedule and coordinate meetings and support or lead in planning team events or conferences
Support leadership team readiness for reviews of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Business Planning monitoring
Prepare agendas, presentations, communications, and other reports as required
Requirements
Experience working in insurance, financial services or service industry preferred
Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools such as Archer a plus
Experience with data analytic tools (e.g., Tableau) and AI agents (e.g., Co-Pilot)
4+ years of administrative assistant experience required
Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented setting
Effective communication (written and oral)
Experience using multiple technology platforms including Microsoft Office Products, SharePoint, expense management, and procurement platforms
