3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for eCommerce
Direct experience managing large Google Shopping accounts (10,000+ products)
Personally managed Google Ads accounts end-to-end, including strategy, optimization, and performance analysis
Experience handling high-budget campaigns ($300K+ monthly ad spend)
Comfortable owning and managing accounts independently (excluding creative production)
Experience building or implementing automations (scripts, feed rules, automation workflows, or similar tools)
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
Ideally has experience with Google CSS Labelizer
Thinks analytically, enjoys testing and optimizing campaigns, and is comfortable being accountable for revenue impact.
