About this role
Role Overview
- This person will be responsible for the maintenance of Malvern Panalytical equipment at our customers' sites in France.
- Provide direct support to customers in the industrial and academic sectors for the maintenance and repair of instruments and associated software.
- Deliver genuine technical service expertise on installed analytical instruments.
- Provide customers with high-quality technical information.
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting the performance of analytical instruments.
- Provide training to customers on the correct use of their equipment.
Requirements
- Degree Bac+2/3/4 (equivalent to an associate's/bachelor's degree) ideally in physical measurements, electronics, or equivalent.
- Proven first professional experience in an industrial or laboratory environment, preferably in an after-sales/service context.
- Desire to build and develop customer relationships.
- Demonstrates curiosity, analytical thinking, rigor, and autonomy in instrument repair.
- Shows motivation, flexibility, adaptability, and organizational skills when responding to customer requests.
- English required.
