At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on SEA and Google Ads
Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, optimizing and reporting on paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads)
Budget responsibility and proven experience in continuous performance optimization using relevant KPIs
Strong analytical skills and confident use of analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
Ideally experience with YouTube campaigns
Native-level German combined with very good English skills.
