Customer Advisor – Insurance Consulting Focus, Full-time

Role Overview

• Personalized advice on financial wellbeing, insurance and retirement planning, with a particular focus on property insurance
• Support clients via phone, written communication and virtual channels
• Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes
• Clearly explain complex insurance and financial topics
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of services and processes in the areas of retirement planning and financial wellbeing

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance sector, or a banking qualification with relevant insurance experience
• Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property insurance
• Strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment of advisory work
• Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications
• Ability to work independently, in a structured way and with responsibility
• Excellent written and spoken German
