Provide personalized advice to our clients' employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, and retirement provision, with a particular focus on property/casualty insurance
Support clients by phone, in writing, and via virtual channels
Independently handle customer inquiries and service processes
Explain complex insurance and financial topics in a clear and understandable way
Actively contribute to the development and improvement of services and processes in the areas of retirement provision, insurance, and financial wellbeing
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in the insurance sector, or a banking qualification with relevant insurance experience
Professional experience in customer or insurance advisory (B2C), preferably in property/casualty insurance
Strong service and customer orientation and enthusiasm for advisory work
Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications
Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and responsibly
Excellent written and spoken German
