Provide comprehensive advice to our private customers on motor insurance, including classic and exotic vehicles
Analyze existing motor insurance policies and identify opportunities for optimization
Coordinate and negotiate with insurers and service providers in the best interest of our customers
Prepare and process quotations and support contract drafting and contract management
Assist our customers with claims management
Maintain and document relevant customer and policy data in our CRM system

Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), Insurance Clerk, a relevant university degree, or a comparable insurance qualification
Professional experience in the insurance back office/inside sales and ideally experience advising private customers
Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance, preferably including experience with classic and exotic vehicles
Structured and careful working style with a strong service and customer focus
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
