About this role
Role Overview
End-to-end responsibility for the sales funnel.
Structure and manage the process (Lead → Qualification → Demo/Pitch → Close).
Handle qualified warm leads and minimize stagnant leads.
Analyze conversion rates, drop-offs, and sales cycles.
Plan and allocate resources based on lead volume and funnel performance.
Implement robust sales routines (pipeline reviews, funnel reports).
Close collaboration with the VP Operations, CEO, and product team.
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant professional experience or highly motivated with a very fast learning curve.
Solid understanding of sales funnels and sales motions.
Systematic management of revenue, not just individual deals.
Data-driven, structured, and makes decisions based on analytics.
Ability to explain and prioritize complex relationships clearly.
Ownership mindset, ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
