Source and engage active and passive candidates through diverse recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, the company ATS, and job board applications
Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract top talent
Conduct initial candidate screenings
Maintain and document accurate, up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to support continuous process improvement
Collaborate with and support recruiters and stakeholders to advance recruitment initiatives and hiring goals
Requirements
Academic background in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Basic familiarity with sourcing tools, Boolean search, and modern recruitment strategies
Some hands-on exposure to recruitment activities such as sourcing, coordination support, or general HR tasks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Experience working with ATS platforms
