Represent the company in judicial and extrajudicial matters across Brazil, before the Judiciary, Social Security authorities and other entities related to labor and social security law;
Manage external law firms and review pleadings, legal opinions and other legal documents, providing support to Senior Lawyers in defending the company’s interests in litigation, administrative proceedings and negotiations;
Provide in-house legal counsel, advising company departments on legal compliance and risk mitigation;
Participate in hearings and meetings with company partners and the legal department;
Monitor changes in legislation and case law that impact the company’s operations, proposing preventive or corrective measures;
Contribute to the development of departmental KPIs, and participate in digital projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law;
Active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association);
Experience managing labor claims from the employer’s perspective;
Knowledge of labor legislation;
Experience in a labor legal department, including supporting tasks related to management of external law firms, performance indicators, and participation in projects involving multidisciplinary teams;
Experience in corporate legal departments;
Experience with Business Intelligence tools;
Familiarity with digital legal systems and case management platforms;
