Junior Lawyer – Civil and Real Estate Law

Role Overview

• Analysis and drafting of procedural pleadings, legal opinions, contracts, defenses (answers), and appeals.
• Client service in virtual formats, by phone and via social media; participation in hearings and delivery of oral arguments.
• Support for client requests and clarification of client questions related to banking and civil law.

Requirements

• Completed law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
• Experience in banking and civil law.
• Must reside in Porto Alegre.
