Develop robust financial and operational models to support long-range planning, margin management, and understand the business impact of new initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to help build and prioritize company objectives, ensuring alignment with broader strategic initiatives
Design, conduct, and interpret financial and sales analytics, drawing insights to answer business questions around current performance
Analyze KPIs to track progress toward company objectives and determine new strategic objectives
Build and maintain domain expertise in relevant data sets and tools, thinking strategically about what critical data needs to be captured
Participate actively in problem-solving with the team to make recommendations across the business
Translate initiatives into presentations for cross-functional partners and senior management to facilitate decision-making
Support board materials and executive presentations with clear, data-driven insights
Collaborate with senior Olaplex leadership to deliver necessary insights
Coach junior colleagues on analyzing data and pressure-testing insights
Requirements
3+ years pre-MBA, or 1+ year post-MBA experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or management consulting
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, a quantitative field, or equivalent experience required, MBA a plus
Superior analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and creative thinking
Strong communicator, both oral and written, with strong PowerPoint skills
Self-motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and comfort with ambiguity
Must possess a balanced ego as well as a collaborative and partnership-minded working style
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the consumer industry is preferred, with a passion for beauty being a must!
