Requirements
8–10+ years of ad agency experience, including leading complex, high-stakes client relationships.
Retail or high-volume consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
A strategic thinker and creative collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working across all agency disciplines including creative, media, digital, analytics, and production.
Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing scopes, budgets, and revenue targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
