Develop organic growth opportunities with existing clients
Establish new business relationships with emerging and prospective customers
Engage with senior executive, operational, and functional leaders
Collaborate on overall new business development strategies and client management action plans
Identify and prioritize target accounts and initiate outreach to new clients
Lead capability presentations and solution discussions
Maintain accountability for achieving defined new business targets
Lead or support strategic projects providing insights and recommendations
Analyze business intelligence, client profiles, and market data
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in business development or similar roles
Demonstrated experience developing and closing complex, solution-based opportunities with enterprise clients
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Proven strategic thinking, sales execution, forecasting, and business planning capabilities
Experience developing client proposals, contracts, and RFI/RFP responses
Strong business and financial acumen
Ability to generate new leads and manage opportunities
Flexibility to travel across Canada and the U.S. (approximately 20%)
Bilingualism is considered an asset
