About this role
Role Overview
Build and optimize enterprise-level scalable go-to-market (GTM) processes
Partner with Marketing to strengthen lead flow and attribution visibility
Evaluate and optimize GTM tooling
Support the rollout of new tools and capabilities
Develop and implement segmentation models and account ownership frameworks
Monitor process health and tooling effectiveness
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in enterprise revenue operations (RevOps)
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce data models and CRM architecture
Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes that balance operational rigor with seller usability
Technically skilled and adept at collaborating with system administrators, developers, and data teams
Exposure to modern revenue technologies such as sales engagement platforms and marketing automation
Strategic mindset with a focus on execution
Strong communication skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
