Role Overview
- Develop and execute the strategic business plan for SunAdvantage in the Western Region
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key advisors and plan sponsors
- Drive new business development and client expansion while maintaining profitability
- Foster a high-engagement, high-performance culture
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in Group Benefits industry
- 5 years in senior leadership roles managing teams
- Post-secondary degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- CEBS designation (preferred asset)
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
