Ensure the stable and secure operation of IT systems in stores and corporate offices, including Windows, Active Directory, networking, VMware and Mobile Device Management.
Support and further develop POS systems and cash register solutions (particularly Addipos) and their integration with merchandise management and backend systems.
Connect cash register systems, peripheral devices and payment systems within network and Wi‑Fi infrastructures.
Participate in the IT-related setup of new stores, rollouts and refurbishments in retail and airport environments.
Take responsibility for IT projects (e.g. store openings, system implementations), including planning, coordination and execution of technical measures.
Lead one IT employee, manage external IT service providers and ensure service quality.
Create documentation, reports and build dashboards.

You have completed IT training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or hold a comparable qualification.
POS systems in retail or shop environments are familiar to you — Addipos experience is a plus.
You have several years of experience in IT operations or IT operations management and know how things run in practice.
Windows, Active Directory and networks are your regular working environment.
Virtual infrastructures, especially VMware, are not unfamiliar to you.
Project management is an opportunity for you to structure work effectively, not a source of stress.
IT security: if you already have taken initial steps here, even better — we will bring the rest up to date together.
