Role Overview
- Lead the Design Operations function
- Own tooling for the design team
- Facilitate communication to cross functional stakeholders
- Work with UX researchers and designers
- Facilitate design quality through consistent tools and processes
- Create compelling presentations to communicate User Experience and Design Operations
- Oversee strategic and tactical prioritization of design initiatives
- Evangelize the impact of design with business partners
- Work seamlessly with UX designers
- Craft a consistent message of the role and value of design
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience (educational and/or professional)
- Excellent project management skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of product development calendars and milestones
- Good understanding of user behavior
- Knowledge of tools and applications such as Figma, Lucid, Jira
- BA/BS degree in related field
- Experience working in an agile methodology environment preferred
- SAFe knowledge and certification is a plus
