About this role
Role Overview
- Direct collaboration with the founders on strategic matters
- Preparation and execution of fundraising and investor-related activities
- Analysis of the market, competitors and new business areas
- Building and optimizing internal processes
- Support for enterprise sales and partnerships
- Preparation of pitches, customer meetings and strategic decisions
- Independent leadership of projects with end-to-end responsibility
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills
- Structured and independent working style
- Ability to work at high speed and strong execution capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Very strong communication skills (German & English)
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (startup, consulting, VC, tech, strategy, or similar)
- Bonus: experience in AI, SaaS, or PropTech
