Motus Recruiting and Staffing is a leading recruiting and staffing firm specializing in professional services and technology solutions. They are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Demand Generation Manager to support their rapidly growing Public Sector business unit by driving pipeline and revenue growth through strategic demand generation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy for the Public Sector business unit, aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth
- Build and maintain quarterly and annual campaign calendars in partnership with Sales leadership and central marketing teams
- Translate business priorities into clear campaign briefs outlining audience targeting, messaging, channel mix, and performance metrics
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across the marketing funnel (lead ? MQL ? sales opportunity)
- Manage and allocate the demand generation budget to ensure effective spend and strong return on investment
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goals, sales capacity, and territory priorities
- Track channel performance and adjust campaign strategies and marketing mix based on data-driven insights
- Manage relationships with third-party demand generation vendors including content syndication and email marketing partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams including paid media, content, SEO, web, design, social, PR, and events to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Provide campaign performance reporting and insights to key stakeholders to guide ongoing marketing strategy
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign strategy, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience developing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong experience partnering with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue targets
- Experience managing marketing budgets and campaign performance, with the ability to optimize spend for maximum ROI
- Familiarity with modern marketing automation, lead capture, and demand generation platforms (such as Marketo, webinar platforms, or account-based marketing tools)
- Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements
- Experience working in a cross-functional or matrixed marketing environment, collaborating with teams such as paid media, content, events, and digital marketing
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across marketing and sales teams
- Exposure to Public Sector marketing, including State, Local, Education (SLED), or Federal clients
- Experience: B2B demand gen, growth marketing, or campaign strategy: 5 years (Preferred)
