About this role
Role Overview
- Maintain Automated Industrial Equipment in a high-speed canning facility.
- Make minor repairs on general plant machinery such as fans, blowers, conveyors, belts, mechanical and screw conveyors.
- Work with the Engineering Department on new installations and machine improvements.
- Work with the Production Team to improve the efficiency of the machines and processes.
- Apply basic electrical and electronic principals in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of plant systems.
- Utilization of computerized maintenance software and programs to maximize efficiency and data collection/analysis.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a technical degree / certification complete
