About this role
Role Overview
- Assisting homeowners, contractors, or others applying for a permit
- Providing information and guidance to the general public regarding application procedures
- Reviewing permit applications for provisions of required information and documentation
- Verifying completion of all required reviews, and notifying applicant of approved permit
- Serving as liaison between reviewing agencies and applicant
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or possession of a GED
- Three (3) years of general clerical experience
- Minimum of two (2) years in strong customer service
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in construction, building, or permitting
