Strategically managing 10-15 key customer accounts
Proactively identifying and onboarding new partners and customers
Coaching partners on new tools and solutions to promote Axis's end-to-end offerings
Supporting and leading partner training and events to enhance their capabilities and commitment to Axis solutions
Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring CRM compliance for your accounts
Being on the road for customer meetings, focusing on expanding existing business and identifying new opportunities

Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
Experience working with multi-stakeholder organizations
Strong strategic thinking with ability to build and execute long-term territory and account plans
Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive with strong prioritization and efficiency skills
A full UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently across Scotland
