Ensure People infrastructure is accurate, compliant, and consistently executed
Strengthen the operational backbone of the People function, from contracts and documentation to payroll inputs
Build reliable processes, clear documentation, and scalable systems that enable managers and employees to navigate key lifecycle moments smoothly
Work closely with People Leadership, Finance, Legal, and local operations to ensure country-specific compliance
Continuously improve how we work by identifying gaps and streamlining workflows
Requirements
Experience as a People Operations Specialist, HR Operations, or HR Generalist supporting distributed teams across multiple countries
Practical knowledge of labour law and statutory entitlements across EU jurisdictions and ideally familiarity with Asian markets (e.g. Japan, Thailand, or similar)
Hands-on experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration end-to-end
Experience coordinating payroll processes, being the operational owner of a platform like Deel or a similar global EOR/payroll tool
Strong focus on employee experience and day-to-day support
Organised, accurate, and comfortable in ambiguity
Detail-oriented and proactive
