audit, analyze, and maintain the overall quality of data in various systems related to employee personal and work information
develop and maintain process documentation and execute complex transactional work
support/lead ongoing projects and initiatives, and liaise with business leaders, COEs, HRBPs, and vendors to support organizational changes and reporting
ensure consistency and accuracy of employee data and adherence to processes and technology
drive process and technology efficiencies and best practices for data integrity
interpret reports and spreadsheets, identifying data integrity issues
mitigate data discrepancies and minimize redundant process steps through continuous improvements.
Requirements
1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
