People Operations Specialist

Riskified is a dynamic tech company that empowers businesses to enhance ecommerce growth by mitigating risks. The People Operations Specialist will support all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR processes and collaborating with various teams to enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, programs, etc
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition for joiners and leavers
• Assist with the implementation and management of all HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Collaborate across multiple teams including, Finance, HRBPs, IT, Legal, etc. to implement programs and initiatives that are inclusive and drive positive employee experience
• Drive HR process improvement by gaining an understanding of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability
• Partner with EOR providers to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations, manage employment contracts and amendments, lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires, serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits and policies across sites, and support ongoing HR projects and initiatives as needed
