Lead the myMAIT Academy: plan, organize, facilitate and evaluate training, learning and development formats
Act as a sparring partner for leaders and employees: advise across the entire employee lifecycle on individual development paths
Drive innovation and provide input: introduce new ideas into strategic HR projects—e.g. when building modern talent development or corporate health concepts
Requirements
Several years of experience in people/talent development or a comparable HR focus—ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
You work pragmatically, independently and solution-oriented and enjoy taking topics from concept to implementation
You are confident in dialogue with employees and managers and have a keen sensitivity for people and individual development needs
A structured way of working, very good MS Office skills and occasional willingness to travel complete your profile
