VP AI Strategy

Role Overview

• Define and evolve the organization's AI strategy
• Establish and lead an AI center of excellence
• Lead an AI innovation team to design and deliver rapid prototypes
• Represent Prime's AI vision in client meetings and industry forums
• Develop ROI-driven business cases for AI investments
• Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, technology or related area of study
• 15 years of work experience, including at least 10 years in pharmacy, PBM or health care supply chain areas
• 5 years in AI strategy, digital transformation or technology
• 10 years of leadership/people management experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
