Develop supplier/partner business plans to add value to their businesses.
Oversee regional and local cybersecurity campaigns, promotions, and sales.
People management, approve employee travel and expenses within your division.
Train new members of the sales team.
Direct and coordinate all sales activities within your division.
Handle customer complaints related to products or services and resolve them.
Advise staff on standard operating procedures and policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
Assign quotas and sales targets to Product Sales Managers (GVPs) quarterly.
Monitor and guide the performance of the sales team.
Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Manage the division's travel and expense budget as designated by the Commercial Director.
Consolidate business plans by division.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technology market with cybersecurity and firewalls working with distribution channels and manufacturers. Ideally Fortinet.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Required)
Advanced English or Spanish (Preferred)
Experience in leadership and management of IT projects and IT services sales.
