Senior Sales Manager

Role Overview

• Independent ownership of the entire sales cycle for the placement of freelance IT specialists.
• Identification of business opportunities and development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Negotiation and closing of contracts.
• Close collaboration with the Delivery team to provide tailored consultant solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in B2B sales for IT freelancing.
• Strong presentation skills, active networking abilities, and excellent communication.
• Client-side advisory competence with a demonstrable client-centric approach.
• In-depth experience in placing IT consultants.
• Specific knowledge of customer landscapes in Energy, Public Sector or Military & Defence is a plus.
• Proven ability to conduct professional commercial negotiations and to build profitable partnerships.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot), analytical thinking, fluent German (C1) and working-level English (B2).
