Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, market intelligence, and targeted business development initiatives.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth and quota achievement within the assigned markets.
Manage the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, bid/no-bid recommendations, solution positioning, and contract negotiations through to deal closure.
Establish and maintain strong commercial relationships with enterprise customers as well as system integrators, partners, and technology providers where relevant.
Collaborate with the regional leadership team and internal stakeholders to develop medium
and long-term market strategies.
Expand Daon’s presence in key industry segments through direct engagement with prospective customers and partners.
Prepare and deliver Quarterly Sales Reviews (QSR) and contribute to ongoing revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Develop strategic account plans and tailored engagement strategies for priority accounts across the region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
Formal sales training in consultative or solution-based selling methodologies is preferred.
Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience selling directly to enterprise clients across multiple organizations.
Proven experience selling within Southeast Asian emerging markets, particularly in financial services, telecommunications, or other industries with large digital customer bases.
Strong knowledge of the digital identity ecosystem, including identity verification, identity proofing, and authentication technologies.
Additional familiarity with mobile platforms, digital banking systems, or contact center technologies is advantageous.
Proven ability to develop and close complex consultative solution sales and consistently exceed revenue targets.
Established professional network and strong relationships with key decision-makers across relevant industries in the region.
Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to independently generate opportunities and drive deals to completion.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
Ability to manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting.
