Guide new business by identifying and qualifying new leads that have come through the inbound funnel.
Identify client’s needs through assessing their current fulfillment methods by phone, email or ShipBob's conversational platform-Intercom, and use discretionary judgment to assess if they are a fit for our business model.
Make recommendations to sales management from merchants who do not “fit the box”.
Schedule demos with potential merchants and Account Executives.
Achieve daily activity requirements through inbound merchant contact and accurately track merchant interactions and information in the designated tracking system.
Consistently meet & exceed monthly and annual quotas.
Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
2+ years of experience.
A passion for a career in sales, with clear personal motivation to succeed.
Highly organized, goal oriented person with a clear process in accomplishing and successfully achieving goals.
Excellent phone skills when calling on businesses.
Ability to multitask.
Demonstrate a high degree of diligence and accountability.
