Requirements
- 12+ years’ experience in shopper marketing, retail activation, or below-the-line agency environments.
- Proven Director or Senior Account Director experience.
- Demonstrated track record of growing accounts year-on-year.
- Strong FMCG and retail client background.
- Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of retail ecosystems and shopper conversion strategy.
- Experience contributing to agency new business wins.
