Conduct daily in-depth assessments and screenings of all applicants, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline for positions within India.
Implement and apply various interviewing techniques and methods to thoroughly evaluate candidates during in-depth interviews.
Perform initial screening interviews, identifying potential fits for further evaluation.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to recommend candidates, partnering with relevant stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and negotiate with candidates effectively.
Maintain accurate and concise records and reports on all recruitment phases, utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools, ensuring compliance with local Indian regulations and hiring practices.
Achieve target Ops Validation endorsements, maintaining high standards and expectations throughout the screening process.
Regularly calibrate screening and selection processes with Hiring Managers to align with specific account requirements and organizational goals.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to assessment administration and final decision-making.
Requirements
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of the Indian job market and hiring practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations.
Proficiency in using ATS specifically Breezy HR, and Job Boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and the like.
Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in India.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
