Act as a subject matter expert in FX and US Treasuries market structure, trading systems, and competitive landscape
Use expertise to clearly identify and define business risks and opportunities
Lead the design and implementation of product features and enhancements including pre-trade and post-trade aspects
Work collaboratively with the business team, prospective clients, vendors, legal, software engineering and operations teams throughout the design and development process to ensure the shortest path to production
Define detailed business requirements that clearly and precisely define the expected system behaviors
Develop pricing proposals for the FX/UST product suite
Perform walk-throughs of the business requirements to ensure internal teams understand the expected system behaviors
Assist in client and vendor onboarding
Assist Sales, Marketing and Communication teams in promoting the FX and platforms, both internally and externally

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in a comparable field
10+ years of total work experience with 5+ years in a Product Management role in the Financial Services industry
Experience in FX, rates, Fixed Income, or electronic trading
Demonstrated ability to drive results with an attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently within a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
Solid presentation skills
