Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field preferred
7 or more years of technical and business experience that includes business analyst experience performing requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and design in a highly regulated environment
Knowledge of enterprise frameworks, systems integration, software development and testing methodologies
Software Designs, Software Architecture, SQL (Structured Query Language), Object Oriented Design (OOD) and Modeling (OOM), UML and/or BPMN, Project Management, Agile, Software Development Life Cycle, RDBMS, Oracle SQL and MS SQL Databases, Sequence Diagrams, State Machines, Activity Diagram, Data Mapping and Data Analysis, Value Stream mapping, Business Process Management, systems requirements elicitation, use case analysis, mind mapping, business modeling, data flow diagraming, data mining, data modeling, financial modelling, business rules analysis, business capability analysis
