Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, social selling) and engage inbound inquiries.
Market Development: Build and expand new business pipelines within the French e-commerce landscape.
Qualify & Nurture Opportunities: Qualify potential customers based on needs, business fit, and readiness to engage; prepare opportunities for hand-off to Account Executives and Partner teams.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), track prospect engagement metrics, and report on pipeline development.
Collaboration: Provide actionable market insights to Marketing and Product teams on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and trends to support go-to-market strategies.
Event Representation: Represent Shopware at local events, conferences, and meet-ups to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or lead generation — ideally in SaaS or e-commerce software.
Strong understanding of digital agencies, system integrators and the e-commerce ecosystem in France; fluent in French and professional proficiency in English.
Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement tools.
Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
