About this role

Produce and monitor Counterparty credit risk risk-weighted assets (RWA) metrics and reports
Investigate and explain period over period capital movements
Build relationships with partners and ensure appropriate level of capital knowledge
Demonstrate clear understanding of drivers on capital calculations and the ability to communicate results
Analyze underlying drivers for periodic changes and variances
Assist with execution of routines to support month-end and quarter end close cycles
Partner with ECM tech team to identify continuous improvement on existing routines.

CA/MBA/B.E./CFA/FRM Certifications If Any
9 to 12 years of experience
Strong understanding of Basel capital requirements and financials
Experience and exposure to SACCR RWA and capital calculations
Knowledge of derivative products and risk management
Knowledge of SQL, Python or AI/ML
Proven track record of clear and concise verbal and written communication
Flexibility in joining meetings during US time zone hours
Experience in a relevant role in a financial institution
Strong Excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Analytical abilities/financial acumen/problem solving skills
Strong control mindset including ability to identify risks and build and maintain associated controls.
