About this role
Role Overview
Work with internal and external clients to ensure timely setup of new clients
Keep track of open tickets for timely issue resolution
Support the team with on-boarding, implementation, training, and adoption
Resolve incidents and support requests within Salesforce
Troubleshoot software issues, bugs, and questions
Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
Update and maintain client information in Salesforce & Shipcents
Articulate the value of Sifted’s products to clients
Requirements
1-3 years direct client support experience preferred
Familiar with SaaS sales and support tactics
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desired
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
Ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of Sifted solutions, industry trends and competition
Demonstrated ability and willingness to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving and innovation.
