Maintain site plans and building drawings, including electrical, mechanical, piping (plumbing, process, etc.), evacuation maps, fire riser maps, site utility and drainage drawings, etc., while adhering to company AutoCAD standards
Perform field audits to verify accuracy and correctness of new and existing drawings, measure as-built conditions as needed, and update drawings based on field measurements
Incorporate project close-out files into as-built documents; update and add new CAD drawings provided by the Construction or Engineering teams
Work with stakeholders to create detailed drawing from sketches, layouts, or notes, for tool installations, main labs, specialized labs, and GWS-related manufacturing areas
Utilize a centralized document management system, including electronic document repositories and physical filing systems, to organize and store documents securely
Search file repositories and deliver requested information to stakeholders
Gather documents for plotting to-scale equipment templates. Review for dimensional accuracy
Utilize Tririga (Facilities Integrated Workplace Management System) for receiving Work Order requests and logging status updates
Requirements
Working knowledge of AutoCAD software including the use of XREFs, blocks, attributes, dynamic blocks, the use of the annotative property, plotting functions, etc.
Working knowledge of Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and engineering drawings
Knowledge of building systems, site infrastructure, and construction principles
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
The ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to simultaneously support multiple teams
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, design, or a similar field, of equivalent work experience
Minimum 4 years of experience as an AutoCAD designer/drafter
