Payroll Support Specialist, TOP Team

Role Overview

• Assist and support TOP partners in using the software
• Provide assistance on questions related to payroll application (pay cycle, contributions, DSN, final settlement (STC), payroll items, PAS rate...)
• Respond to client requests via the ticketing tool and/or outbound calls
• Escalate tickets to the Product team and ensure follow-up
• Responsible for the team's SLA (timeliness) and SAT (satisfaction)
• Collaborate with TOP CSMs to ensure high-quality follow-up for our partners

Requirements

• Holder of a payroll administrator certificate or experience with a payroll software vendor
• Good knowledge of payroll fundamentals and social/employment legislation
• Interest in IT/software/SaaS
• Strong customer focus, good interpersonal skills, and active listening
• Respect for the confidentiality of processed information
• Comfortable communicating
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
