Role Overview
- Active acquisition of new clients in the areas of organizational development, interim management and cultural transformation
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships at executive and decision-maker level
- Develop and implement sales strategies to open up new markets
- Analyze market and customer needs to place tailored solutions
- Collaborate with executive management on pitch and proposal processes
- Participate in networking events, trade shows and online presentations
- Support the implementation of our CRM and sales system
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, communications, marketing or sales
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, HR or the services sector
- Strong communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm for working with people
- Structured, independent and entrepreneurial way of working
- Interest in topics such as leadership, culture and organizational development
- Confident use of digital tools (CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
