About this role
Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for mid-market sized construction companies
Prospect and develop pipeline through outbound efforts and industry events
Represent Finvari at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings nationwide
Run discovery, demos, and negotiations with senior stakeholders
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in our CRM (Hubspot)
Partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of quota-carrying experience selling SaaS, fintech, or commercial card / payment solutions
Strong preference to candidates with working knowledge of ERPs, commercial card/payment solutions or construction accounting processes
Strong presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Experience managing longer sales cycles and larger deal sizes with a consultative selling mindset
Ability to travel regularly within territory for face-to-face selling
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
