About this role
Role Overview
You identify potential B2B customers and proactively approach them by phone or via digital channels
You conduct structured initial conversations and qualify leads using clear criteria
You work with prepared call scripts and playbooks — and contribute your own ideas
You reliably document your results in the CRM system
You collaborate closely with our project managers and provide valuable market feedback
You continuously develop professionally through coaching, feedback, and community best practices
Requirements
Initial experience in sales or in telephone-based customer outreach is an advantage but not required
You are communicative, curious, and confident approaching people proactively
You work reliably, independently, and in a structured way
You have your own laptop with a stable internet connection
You speak fluent German — English skills are a plus
