Provide telephone support to customers facing technical issues
Handle customer requests in a solutions-oriented and timely manner
Escalate complex incidents to second-level support
Assist with outages and malfunctions of PCs, laptops, printers and other technical devices
Resolve software issues (Windows, Linux, application software) and troubleshoot client/server network environments
Clearly and understandably explain the situation and recommended next steps

Completed technical vocational training in the IT field
Good knowledge of the Windows environment, including hardware, software and network systems
Experience with TCP/IP networking
Strong technical aptitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
Excellent written and spoken German
