International Contract Manager

Role Overview

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international contracts and proposals (German & English)
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and legal requirements
• Communicating and negotiating with international suppliers and customers
• Interface management and collaboration with Legal and Sales
• Monitoring existing contracts, including deadlines and milestones
• Conducting risk analyses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Research activities
• Working with international partners, particularly in the Asian region
• Providing support on legal questions related to contracts and terms and conditions (T&Cs)

Requirements

• Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Experience in international contract management
• Experience in Sales or commercial roles is a significant plus
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Analytical thinking and a high level of ownership
• Knowledge of terms and conditions (T&Cs) law or contract law
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
