Own regional sales targets, forecasting, and profitability, ensuring sustainable growth and financial performance.
Develop customer-level demand forecasts to support supply planning and inventory management.
Manage and develop distributor and key retail partner relationships to drive long-term growth.
Expand and optimize regional distribution, ensuring strong geographic coverage and a premium customer experience.
Ensure channel mix, portfolio positioning, and retail segmentation align with Aarke’s strategic priorities.
Track and optimize commercial performance through structured monitoring of sell-in, sell-out, sell-through, stock levels, campaign ROI, and portfolio mix.
Build annual and joint business plans with partners to drive aligned growth initiatives.
Lead regional go-to-market execution for product launches in line with global strategy.
Identify and drive market growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and structured market follow-up.
Collaborate closely with internal functions including Brand, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure aligned execution and operational excellence.
Requirements
Have experience from Business Development/ Sales within FMCG, premium home appliances or similar fast-moving, consumer-driven industries
Are used to working with clear KPIs, forecasting and performance tracking
Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Are confident using data and insights to drive commercial decisions
Thrive in an environment where pace is high and change is constant
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar (Master’s degree is considered a plus)
5+ years of experience in commercial roles within consumer-driven industries
Experience from management consulting or similarly analytical environments is desirable.
Proven experience managing regional sales targets and forecasts
Strong analytical skills and high commercial acumen
Experience working with distributors and established retail accounts
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in written and spoken English and German; proficiency in any additional Central European language is a plus.
