Role Overview
- Planning, implementation & optimization of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Conceptualization & management of Google Ads
- Building and optimizing lead funnels
- Campaigns for: employee acquisition (recruiting) and client acquisition (leads)
- Audience analysis & offer positioning
- KPI tracking & reporting (CPL, CPA, conversion rates)
- Close collaboration with the content team (Reels, TikTok, creatives)
- Building scalable campaign structures (agency setup)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager
- Experience with Google Ads
- Funnel
- and conversion-focused mindset
- Numerical aptitude & results-oriented
- Structured, independent working style
- Nice to have: experience in recruiting marketing
- Agency or scaling experience
- Experience with CRM and funnel tools
- Experience with external service providers, SMEs, or professional firms (e.g., tax/accounting)
