Develop the digital analytics and insights function, delivering clear, actionable reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
Oversee website tracking and measurement frameworks (including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Translate website and customer data into insights that inform digital strategy, user experience, and product improvements.
Analyse digital marketing performance across paid, organic, email, and social channels to drive optimisation and ROI.
Maintain strong data governance practices, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and data standards.
Support customer data integration to improve segmentation, personalisation, and customer lifetime value analysis.
Lead tagging and measurement strategies to ensure scalable and business-aligned analytics implementation.
Deliver executive-level reporting and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
Enable advanced analytics through platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.

At least 3+ years’ experience in a digital analyst role
Working at agency/publisher side preferred
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and digital tracking frameworks
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
Proficient with SQL and experience with cloud databases
Proficient with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI (desirable)
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good knowledge of digital marketing/advertising platforms and metrics
