You'll have full responsibility for the end-to-end hiring journey, including hiring manager partnerships, candidate sourcing & engagement and recruiting administration

Requirements
3-6 years experience in an internal Talent Acquisition function, with previous successful experience recruiting for Technology positions
Industry experience within international SaaS / Software organisations, or Healthcare / Life Science environments
You’ll have end-to-end experience owning hires across Technology functions, but be comfortable supporting wider Research and Development functions and managing 10-20 REQs autonomously
Experience of directly sourcing for positions requiring exposure to (as an example): Front-End, Back-End & Full-Stack Technologies / Frameworks; Databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, and DuckDB; Linux environments; AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, JetBrains AI, etc.); Cloud-native environments e.g Azure, including containerized workloads (AKS or Kubernetes)
Experience with international hiring is beneficial, but this can be a supported growth area
A passion to see talent acquisition as a strategic and value-add function, reinforced with positive, innovative energy
Experience exclusively from an external/agency environment may be considered, if you bring exposure to both international Software/Technology hiring.
Due to the technically focused nature of this role, this opportunity is unlikely to suit someone coming from a broader HR Generalist background
